Management of external hemorrhage  1.Use protection such as hand gloves.  2.Identify and examine. 3.Use direct pressure.  4.Immobilise the wound. 5.Dress the wound properly.  6.Clean up 7.Provide blood if needed.  8.Provide CPR if patient  is going to shock. 9.Keep casualty warm. 10.Reassure and stay calm. 11.Continue to check pulse and breathing.  12.Treat other injuries appropriate.
